How Do I Return or Exchange My Hockey Apparel?
To exchange or return your hockey tee, fill out the bottom half of the original packaging slip and follow the return/exchange instructions on the packing slip. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the product information, your name, address and phone number and reason for return or exchange. If you are requesting a refund please include the credit card number and expiration date that you used for the purchase. Please include this information when you send back the product(s) being returned. For a full refund product must be returned in unopened packaging and in original condition within 30 days. How Does Your Shipping Process Work?
Well, after you've found the perfect hockey tee and have placed your order. Your order will take about 1-2 business days to process. During this time your order will be verified, picked, packaged and then shipped. Once your order has shipped, it can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days (within the United States) before your order is delivered.
